Teaching style

I believe that children learn best when they don't know that they are learning. I work in a play-based educational setting where the needs of the child are priority. It is truly amazing to see how quickly children learn when they are having fun. I believe that in order for children to develop and grow their fullest potential, the environment also must be adjusted to match the child.

My own education history

I have completed a Bachelor of Arts double majoring in Psychology and History. In 2008, I completed a Master of Science in Speech-Language Pathology from the University of Alberta.
