Who Am I World Leaders Decor/Game
I created these quiz cards to be used as décor for our school’s Read Across America Week which had the theme Readers are Leaders. However, you could also use them as a fun game in your classroom when discussing important leaders or biographies. Space Readers Point Chart
I have created individual charts with the planets. Each chart increases by 10 points. This is a good challenge for the students. You can purchase the space shuttles to go with them as well. Once you put the first space shuttle with their name on it rest of the students want to follow. You may change the points if you want to fit your class goals. My reward for getting to each planet is a free homework pass. Make sure to print on card stock paper and laminate for durability.

Colors Surround Us!
This fun, easy to learn finger play is a great way to increase a child's awareness of the colors that surround them. It also serves as practice for identifying colors and color words. In addition to color identification, this poem/finger-play can be used to practice rhyming words. Please note: The preview includes the first section only.

Realidades 3 Chapter 1 Comic Strip drawing activity w/ camping vocabulary
Students must bring the captions to life in this "comic strip" activity that features 10 Spanish captions incorporating Realidades 3 Ch. 1 vocabulary (camping vocabulary), and 10 small boxes in which to draw. Whatever the caption says, they must depict in their drawing to demonstrate that they understand what they've read.
