Teaching homophones can be difficult, especially if your students do not have a strong vocabulary, are English language learners, or if they have autism, ADHD, or learning disabilities. Research has shown that context and visual cues are vital in helping students understand and learn new words. I created these cards to use when introducing new homophones during the FUNdations* block.
