Rewards Chart can be used to keep students on task and encourage them to continue displaying the correct beaviours and attitudes towards learning. Students can be responsible for ticking their own chart once a task is complete, or teachers could laminate the table, stick it on a students desk and monitor progress daily.

This is a customizable check-off sheet for any student who needs an incentive to complete their work. It's a half sheet, so there are two copies of the same chart on the page. I plan on laminating this and attaching it to my student's desk. I will mark it with a dry erase marker when the student has completed their work for that subject area that day.
