Precis writing: a step-by-step approach to finding the main idea and writing a summary. Once your students learn this EASY approach, they will have the skills to read a text, pull out the main idea, and write a clear, concise summary. This can be used with students of ALL ages!

Case of the Missing Necklace Lab
Students will become CSI and work to solve who stole the jewels by running tests on evidence left at the scene. Montessori inspired Panda themed salt tray cards (China activities)
These panda themed cards are a great way to practice writing!
You can use these panda cards in several ways! We enjoy using them alongside a Montessori inspired salt tray! We used sugar instead of salt for writing practice as salt can be unpleasant for dry or sensitive skin.
You can also laminate them and have children trace them over and over again to practice writing.
Additionally, if you print more than one set, you can use them to practice spelling simple words!
