This multiplication book I made for the end of the year when we were leaning about multiplication and arrays. I had the kids draw (like an array), add, and multiply each equation. When I made the books I copied the cover on construction paper. Then I copied the set of equations and cut them in 2 and then staple on the left hand side the construction paper cover and back. This cuts down on copies. I try to copy all of the covers for the different multiples on different colored construction paper.

By using cereal, this math task allows for students to create their own graph,demonstrate most/least, and adding many numbers. Students can do this in groups or individually in a math center. My students love math tasks every Friday.

Children's Savings Account
This is a great tool to get student's prepared for the real world! It is a fun savings account work sheet. I use it as a behavior plan in the classroom. The students earn debits and credits based on high character and behavior. The students manage their accounts each week and total everything up at the end of the month. They then are allowed to shop at the classroom store!

Students were having a hard time grasping the concept of 3 times as much as 6 (for example). I created this activity for the math teacher to do in class. I provided the balls (each had their own box). The students counted each type of ball before completing the worksheet which I ran off front and back. This is a great hands on activity.

My students love using dry erase markers!
I used these pages to make laminated booklets so they could practice writing their facts in a fun way. The booklet includes the facts 1-12 as well as a blank page for practicing any fact or fluency competition among students to see who can fill out the page on a particular fact the fastest. I also printed a set of just the blank pages and had students make their own pages of facts and I laminated their own writing. They LOVED that their own product was

Estimation, Addition, and Subtraction Study Guide-3rd Grade
This is a study guide that I use with me class. It gives examples of an estimation word problem (to be hand written in, since it can be done different ways), addition and subtraction word problems, key words to look for in a problem, and practice problems on the back.

This is a whole group math game where each student gets a card that reads, "I have...Who has...?" The first student asks "Who has...?" The student who has the corresponding answer reads their card, "I have..." and then asks "Who has...?"
