I was at an ASME course and they suggested that with the Achievements standards - which come as sentences - you take out the skills in the sentences and number them. This is what I have done here - feel free to change them if you don't agree - but I use this number system on my Planner Master (also available) and like the content descriptors (available) I highlight in a different colour each term what I have covered and then include it with my programs.
