This project is a great addition to any unit involving percent,decimal, and fraction conversions. You can add in pre-determined numbers for low students and have higher level students create their own percentages. I love that is adds an element of creativity and art to math!

My students love task cards! They are actively sharing with a partner and moving from desk to desk.
These task cards include 7 of each: Percents to Fraction and Decimal; Decimal to Percentand Fraction; Fraction to Percentand Decimal; and Comparing Fractions to Decimals. Also included are 2 recording sheets.
I use them as a whole group activity but they can be easily used in stations, intervention grouping, and review for advanced learners. Enjoy!

The objective of this puzzle is for students to match pairs of equivalent fractions, decimals, or percentages using all pieces. Two pieces may only go next to each other if the edges that touch contain fractions, decimals, or percentages that are equivalent. Shaded components may only touch other shaded components or nothing at all (they will serve as a border).
