This short video will teach and or reinforce the multiplication rules (-x-=+) etc. This is a unique video and I have never seen anything like this. It will bring humor and engagement to any classroom. My students typically show growth that puts them in the top 15% in their district. One of the reasons is because of engaging videos such as this one.

Integer card game
This game takes the card game WAR and changes the rules a bit so that students are doing integer addition and multiplication to win a pair. It is good for practice at the end of the unit or as a replacement for worksheet practice. I have also used this right after introducing integer multiplication so that the students make self discoveries about the "odds" of a result being positive or negative.

The Integer Multiplication Machine
This interactive application presents a model of integer multiplication. As in 'The Integer Addition Machine' the model is based on pulleys that drive a robot along a number line. The model gives an intuitive explanation for the rules governing signed number multiplication, e.g. why a negative times a negative should be a positive.
