Math Data and Goals 2015-2016

I use the Math Data and Goals all year long to track goals and weekly “mad minutes” data. Before the school year begins, I copy the entire packet and place it into a Math folder with brads. Each month, students write their math goals for the month. At the end of each week, they will take their monthly multiplication/division mad minutes test, and mark their score on the bar graph. They will then look at the goals that they previously set for themselves, and decide if they had met their goals. A
