Math Expressions Common Core Unit 1 Jeopardy for 1st Grade
This is a test review Powerpoint presentation that I created for Unit 1 of Math Expressions Common Core, grade 1. It covers review of five-groups, partners and switched partners of 2-10, and story problems. HOW TO PLAY: I have my class play by table groups with one white board, marker and eraser to share per table group. Once you open the Powerpoint presentation and hit "View Slideshow", you have to click through the introduction to get the full table of contents to pop up (including music!).

Every Day Math (EDM) PSSA Practice for Unit 1
While EDM is great for instructing students, the last thing I want to do is cram for a state test. Using SAS (PA Dept of Education), I have correlated the standards addressed in Unit 1 of EDM and found released PSSA multiple choice style questions. Not in PA? We are still a Common Core state, so check it out. I have correlated test questions (both multiple choice style and open ended) for all EDM units.
