Students will pretend they are wedding planners and help the bride and groom plan for their wedding cookie table. Read about the Pittsburgh-based tradition within the project and use websites of local bakeries to develop price quotes for the client. Students must use multiplication and online tools to complete this activity. If the formatting is changed upon download, please contact me.

This includes four pictures going from egg to baby chicken, paired with numbers 1-4. Works well Pre-K thru K, or children in Special Education classrooms working on these skills. I recommend cutting out squares, laminating and adding velcro. Can be laid out on a table or as a file folder activity for repetitive use.

Pom Pom Busy Bag

This is a busy bag I use with my typical and special needs preschoolers. It helps teach colors, patterns and improves fine motor skills. I laminated and cut out each card and then placed them along with medium sized colorful pom poms in a large zip lock bag. This activity comes in handy, not just for learning, but as a border buster at a restaurant or doctor's appointment when waiting too. Enjoy!
