I have created a quick check to use as a grade to go along with the Envision Florida Math curriculum. I basically went on their website and cut and pasted each question to make an easily printable quiz that you can have your students take. You can use them as exit tickets or even as do nows on the following day as a review to see what they remember from the previous lesson. Each quiz has 3 questions related to the particular sections in the math textbook. This only gives you topic 1.1 and 1.2, i
This sheet is a great way for students to reflect in their performance and help them set targeted goals for themselves! This should be given to them after a mid-unit quiz so they can set goals for their performance on a unit assessment. You can see on the second page, or like I use it: the back of the sheet, I provide the standard(s) being assessed and instead of setting a goal like "I will improve from 60% to 80% in standard 7.EE.B.4a by....." students should use the description and verbiage of

This can be a quiz or an exit ticket to measure understanding of decimal standards (4.NF.C.5 & 4.NF.C.7). We use Engage New York for math. Since they don't have quizzes, I created one for a quick check or a formal assessment. Hope you enjoy! *When downloading and/or purchasing any of my products, please rate and leave a helpful comment to help build my TPT store. Thank you. :)

These cards have questions about points, lines, line segments, parallel lines and intersecting lines. They can be used for a variety of activities. Originally they were used as a group quiz game. One student chose a card, quizzed a friend and then traded cards to find a new partner. They could also be used for a small group quiz game or a quick review activity before a lesson. Simply print them front and back and cut them out!
I retyped the Mid Module Assessment and added a few items.
If you were looking to adjust/modify the "Mid-Module" Assessment save your time typing the questions and download mine. :) You can then modify it or use it with my changes.
For use after lessons 1-8 (Topics A, B & C).
Enjoy!
We've all had to study our addition facts. The trick is maximizing time by studying only those facts that have yet to be mastered. Here's a quick and easy way for you and your students to find out which math facts they need to study. The problems are set up in a way that once the test is scored, the teacher can see which facts they have mastered and which ones they need to study.
Super Spinning Math is a hands-on activity that will allow your students practice in addition and subtraction. Minimal supplies are needed. Students need only a pencil and paperclip to utilize the spinner card. Problems, answers, and scores can be recorded on a simple wipe-off slate.
