This is a fun activity that gives kids the excuse to use M&M's for the sake of science! Test concepts of solubility in chemistry using these colorful candies. This lab involves dissolving M&M's in water. Most kids will hypothesize that dropping two M&M's in plain water will cause the colors to mix--but this lab ends with a surprise! After kids finish the lab, they can pick an M&M color, and based on the colors they chose, there is an assessment game on the Prezi to test the students' knowledge
