I send this letter home to the parents to prepare for the 100th day of school celebration. In the letter, it tells the parents to create a project with their child to demonstrate 100 (on a poster, shirt, fill a jar). I created these fully editable i-Ready record keeping pages to put into my students' data notebooks. I also created the parts needed to make an i-Ready data wall. All the pieces are included, just laminate some poster board and assemble! I simply turned the poster board horizontal. The 4 categories fit exactly down the sides.
