95% Assessment Data Spreadsheet
This assessment tracker is specifically designed for the Core Phonics Program 95%. It is set up with the points for each of the 6 assessments throughout the year for 2nd grade. Each assessment has it's own sheet. It is color coded to show you quickly how students are performing on individual tasks within the 95% assessment as well as the assessment as a whole.
