Preschool Goal Tracker
This data tracker was created using TN state standards for 3 year olds (TN-ELDS). It also includes typical preschool goals such as color recognition, name recognition, etc. This is a simple assessment is an easy way to keep up with your preschool students' mastery of skills. It is also a great tool to use for family conferences and lesson planning. Simply highlight each goal as your student shows mastery. There is also space for notes.

A note communicating to the parents, why the student has received the color for the day. This note allows students to feel responsible for communicating with their parents. Note is signed and returned the next day.

Intervention for Discipline
I placed these in a file folder and the student was responsible for coming to see me at each time for there sticker reward. If they had no behavior marks they received a sticker. If they made it through the hole day they received a reward. If they made it each day that week there was also a weekly reward. I also have one set up as a football field for a boy. McKee
