I created an easy to edit and easy to use form to send home daily communication to parents via pen and paper, typed and printed or conveniently emailed to parents. Directions are included in how to fill out and email easily. The form is edited through powerpoint and filled out on Adobe. Make sure you have access to these formats to ensure proper use.

All those forms we are given for assessments can be draining to fill out. Here is a simplified form to use as a quick look at how they are doing! I've used these in my classroom personally and I love it! UPDATE: After i posted this product for some reason and it showed it without color on the form and different fonts (weird), I downloaded it from the site and one its downloaded it looks exactly how I made it. Sorry it doesn't look great on the preview.
