I have created an editable RTI flipbook to be passed out to teachers at the start of the school year. I have assembled these on multi-colored bright paper so the teachers will easily be able to grab this resource. As a school SLP, I know RTI can be a challenge. This resource is intended to be modified to your school and grade level. Enjoy!

This is a form that I use to write a brief description of the goals for each student in a classroom. I then either put it in a transparent holder or laminate to take with me into the classroom. I can glance at it quickly while I am working with students or I can also use it with our educational assistants. They love to use this to look at how they can incorporate the speech language goals everyday and often write anecdotal notes for data tracking.
