This is a weekly behavior chart for students experiencing behavior difficulties. This chart targets ONE behavior at a time. When describing the targeted behavior, be SPECIFIC. Everyone gets tired of students tattle tailing on each other. I have designed a Tattle Tale Report that will allow you to keep teaching. Each child that tattle tales will have to fill out this report and file it in the tattle tale report box. At the end of the day, the teacher will have to read the tattle tale reports and review appropriate behavior where needed.
