Daily Assignments Sheet (Excel) (FREE)
This is one of the two forms I use to let my homeschool students know what their daily assignments are. The boxes on the left side of the paper (S column) are for the student to check off or cross out when that assignment is completed. The boxes on the right (T column) are to mark which assignments have been checked, completed or graded by the teacher. There is space for three days per sheet.

This is a basic 10 question survey geared toward introducing students to the teacher. The first 7 questions are common like "Whats your favorite subject in school" or "What was the most interesting thing you did over the summer" but the last 3 are more interesting questions like "If you had $1,000,000 and had to spend it in 1 week, how would you spend it" or if you could go back in time and live for 1 week, what time would you go back to and why".

Earned Free Centers - Doc to Display as Students Choose
Each week, my students worked to keep their "Earned Free Centers/ Earned Free Time" at the end of the day on Fridays. I would display this document up on my smartboard and type in students names as they chose which center they wanted to go to.
