Behavior rubric for whole class/individual use to accompany a code of cooperation in a personalized learning classroom; can be used for individualized behavior plans where students rate their own behavior.

4 Point Written Response Rubric
This 4 point Written Response Rubric can be used for any discipline and with a variety of lessons.
I have used bullet points and simplified language so that it is student-friendly and easy to read.
Color coding helps me explain to students that they should aim to be "in the green" and not "in the red".

Individual daily behavior chart in Spanish
This is an individual color coded behavior chart in Spanish. There are four check points in this chart. depending on how the student is doing through each of the check point will determine where you mark their behavior. I like to use stickers to mark their behavior on the chart. Works great for students who have a hard time managing their behavior or who sometimes may need a reminder.
