Student Personal Daily Behavior Tracker
I developed this for students who ended up on a behavior contract and had to keep track of their daily behavior. As my video explains, I made a copy, and I had my student make a copy so they could keep track and take more responsibility for their behavior. My video explains a few other tips I use with this too.

Student Behavior Notice to Administrator
This notice makes is quick and easy for you to circle various behaviors a student is displaying that may lead them to see an administrator. This form gives the student one more chance to fix up their behavior before a parent is called. Keep in mind, some students in the lower grades may want their parent to come, so I recommend this for 3rd and up, although it could be used for all grade levels.

Class Behavior Trackers (With Easy Abbreviated Keys)
Easily keep track of students' behavior with a form for positive behaviors and a form for undesired behaviors. Both have a key at the bottom with abbreviations for the behavior shown. All it takes is simply listing an abbreviation in the spot across from a student's name and under the day of the week. Save time on behavior issues while also keeping track of behaviors for parents and administrators as necessary. I have since updated these forms to hold 24 names on a page.

A Really Fun Guided Kinder Writing Movie
Zoo Writing has become one of the most popular activities for beginning writers. The movie starts with a quick tour around the zoo as the students get to see the many different animals living at the zoo. This is followed by a guided writing session where the students get help with writing basic sentences. For best results, click on full screen when viewing.

Student Personal Assignment/Assessment Trackers
Students can keep track of assignments and grades. Separate assignment trackers for ELA, Math, Science, and Social Studies. This is great so students can keep an eye on how they are doing throughout the year. Parents can check student progress without you having to go to your grade book, and parents can check for missing assignments.

Genuine, constructive feedback is one key element of the learning process. In a classroom setting though, it may be difficult for students to provide honest feedback for a variety of reasons. Friendships and peer pressure for example may sway a student’s ability to be totally honest. This doesn’t have to be the case though.
