Where We Are Classroom Signs
UPDATE! I've spaced these out more, and also added a Computer Lab sign based on feedback!
These signs were created in Keynote for Mac, and I've uploaded them as a .pdf. I hole punch these signs and then hang them on hooks outside my door so admin, students, and other teachers know where we are!

Make your classroom digital with ease by creating a digital restroom pass. I have this form pulled up on a computer in the back of the room and students fill it out quickly and take the pass. Therapy Notes for Parents - Session Summary
***THUMBNAILS show error in file, but everything is aligned in the docx file!*** Use this form to leave notes for parents about the students' speech therapy sessions. Cut the form in half to send home with the student (or leave at the day care / preschool). Or log your notes on the computer then email or print for parents. EDITABLE Behavior Contract for Lower Elementary Grades FREE!!
I use this behavior contract with my students who need just a little bit more motivation. It is very effective if used consistently and with parent involvement. I usually have the students work towards a personal goal/reward to motivate them to follow the tasks listed on their contract (i.e.lunch with teacher, extra iPad time, etc.)
