A Covid friendly way to utilize a hall pass and keep track of your students' whereabouts! Students open the Google Form (I usually place a QR Code right by my door where students scan the code and are directed to the Digital Hall Pass), and they answer questions regarding the time they left and where they are going. Students will automatically receive a confirmation message in their email after submitting, which acts as a hall pass in case a staff member asks when they left class. Enjoy :)

The way the calendar is set up is to allow you to write in dates and holidays as needed for each month. It also allows you to fill in what the rewards are for the stickers. You could even white out the number of stickers to change the amount if you would like. The color code allows parents to see what each color means.
