Lesson planning grid page for Middle/High School
This is a basic color coded 8 period lesson planning form for teachers to use to plan their weekly lessons in the middle or high school level classroom. Each page has a number of gaps to be filled with stars/stickers, once one Merit section has been filled, they move onto the next Merit section. You begin with White, then Blue, then Maroon, then Silver and lastly, Gold.
