Keep paper or digital records of the communication with parents close by whether on paper or on your computer. It's completely up to you! Run them off front to back and put them in a folder OR just Duplicate the digital slides for how many students you have in your class. Remember to leave original slides blank so you'll always have the slides to either duplicate for new students or start your class for next year! Happy Organization!
