This is a sheet I use when students grab a laptop from our laptop cart. They must write their name, laptop number, and if anything is wrong with it (i.e. can't connect to the internet or a key is missing). Back to School - Who Am I? Freebie
This is a one-page activity that had students share about themselves. I plan to give it back to them at the end of the year so that they can see how they have grown and changed over the last 10 months. I used it with my 8th grade students and my juniors and seniors, and they all loved it. The file is both a png. file that you can use with an app like PicCollage, and a PDF that you can print.
