I am a BIG fan of making random things like hall passes as simple as possible so that I can focus on teaching. I print a bunch of these at the beginning of each semester and use them any time a student needs to leave my room (WAY better than having that red plastic thing travel to the bathroom and pack - yuck!). I like having this template more than writing post-it notes because it a) takes a third of the time and b) is more official. I hope it makes your life easier, too! Laura
