This is a checksheet I developed for my biology and anatomy classes. The students worked in groups during the dissection part of the lab. They would label the structures and review the functions. When they were ready I would come over make sure the labels were correct or not and whether or not they learned the function of the structure. These sheets made scoring dissections real easy and provided clear expectations for the students.
