As an educator, I feel that one of the most effective ways for students to learn is by reflecting on their work. This form allows students to reflect on their incorrect answers, by identifying why their original answer is incorrect, and then identifying the correct answer. I have my students fill out the form and staple it to returned work to be regraded. There are different versions of this form to fit individual needs. All versions include a digital and printable version.
