I made some updates with my previous version of this page. The page stays in the students' take home folder and is a great way to communicate daily student performance to families in a short amount of time. I have several incentives that I connect to this page (adult signatures each night, earning mostly 3s or 4s, homework completion, etc). My favorite part about this page is that students are scored on a rubric that includes attention, behavior, citizenship, and academics.
