This resource is a self reflection on student projects and their work ethic. This is a great INTERVENTION for students that are falling behind due to behavioral issues. It can also help you grade students and pinpoint where they are getting sidetracked with their work. It is also an excellent way to deliver feedback on a consistent weekly basis. Homework Reflection
This is a 1/3 sheet of paper for a student to fill out if they did not do their homework. It has a quote for them to read and reflect on and then lines for them to answer two questions. This is a great tool for students to have a consequence for their actions (that is not punitive). I also keep these and bring them to parent conferences or IEP meetings as data.

RTI Progress Monitoring Recording Sheet
I needed a quick and easy way to keep track of the intervention data. Being a visual person I thought a graph would be a great way to SEE if the student is improving. It includes lines for a baseline score and 12 additional dates with scores. On the bottom, the graph includes the baseline and the 12 scores. The range is from 0 to 30.
