Programming for Students with Basic
Curriculum for teaching students to program in BASIC. Daily worksheets and programs walk students through programming basics (loops, variables, conditional statements). The final assignment is to create a text adventure game. Teacher tips and worksheet answers are provided as well as discussion of the teachers' own example games, which are available free online. Our entrepreneur curriculum and program for girls has been used the last five years as afterschool and summer camps. Just had our 100th summer camp (one week long, 9:30 to 3;30.
If you would like to set up camps in your area, we provide the curriculum and training is free. We contract with many cities/ Depts of Park and Rec.
The program is tuition based. We pay you a salary for teaching and then a percentage of the tuition when we are paid by the city.
