Behavior Chart/off-task

To help students buy into a behavior plan, it’s important to include them in setting goals and picking rewards. They should understand why the behavior chart is being used and how it can help them improve. At the start of each week, sit down with the student and talk about what they think their goal should be. Once you agree on a goal, decide together what the reward will be if they meet it. You can offer them a choice of three rewards that you feel are fair and appropriate.
