One great (and convenient) way to keep track of student login information is to have easily accessable student login cards! With these login cards, my littles can simply grab and go! It's as easy as 1...2...3! 1. Input website/program/app name, student names and login info with font(s) of your choice 2. Student Computer Cards FREEBIE
I use these Student Computer Cards in my classroom and in the school computer lab. Each child gets their own card, which contains their login and password. I use the black cards as their regular login cards and the green for AR. The cards are editable! Just click in the text box, choose your font, type student info, print, and laminate to use for the year. Enjoy!

Teaching middle school is certainly challenging. It's difficult to motivate those students that just aren't motivated by their own grades.
Our school year is divided into six 6 weeks periods. At the end of those periods, I hold a classroom raffle to raffle off bags of chips, candy, Free HW Passes and Drop the Lowest Daily Grade passes. The kids turn them in to me whenever they need a free pass.
I issue my students "raffle tickets" throughout the 6 weeks when they turn in HW on time, get an A
