The Great Gallery Heist Breakout was designed for gifted and talented 4th graders so it could easily be used for either 4th or 5th grade. It requires students to solve puzzles related to number patterns including finding the next number in a sequence, solving word problems, and identifying prime and composite numbers, and more! The Breakout/Escape Room is in an easy to use Google Form that can be copied to Google Classroom. It requires students to solve 8 puzzles, ideal for a 20-30 minute class

RTI/MTSS Referral Form to Tier 2

This referral form would be filled out by general education teachers who is finding the core curriculum/intervention is not helping a student make academic/behavioral progress. The teacher would fill this form out by providing as much data as possible while including what interventions he/she has tried. This form will be turned in to the RTI/MTSS Team for review.
