Help keep your students organized with "ketchup" folders! When students have unfinished work, they can put it in the folder, so that it's not shoved away and lost in the abyss of their desks! Place a "ketchup" folder on the desk of an absent student so that you can make sure .any work or papers will get to them when they return! Use this reflection tool with students after causing a disturbance to resolve interpersonal student conflicts. Put this in your calm down corner or use when conferencing with a student to guide reflection.
