I created this product when a large portion of my students were not submitting assignments on time. Despite my policy of 10 points deducted each day an assignment isn't turned in, students were still submitting work late. This form puts the work on the student and makes them REFLECT on why they did not turn the assignment in on time and how they will do better in the future. This 5 page Word doc product is what I've termed as a "bank" of next steps comments that can be used when writing next steps for language and math in Ontario report cards. This product can be used for next step comments for all reporting periods (progress reports, term 1, term 2). In total, there are 81 comments neatly organized under language and math headings. Next steps comments reflect the various levels / needs of students, from those who need more guidance and suggestions to be successful
