This is a general rubric that can used for grades 3 and up. There are four to a page and I cut them up, place in a basket and my students fill them out and glue to the back of their work when it is complete. There is a spot for the students to self assess and a spot for the teacher to assess. Again, they are general and can be used with ANY art lesson!

Art Project Reflection with Rubric (generic)
Reflection and self assessment are vital to the creative process, and should take place after each major art project. This worksheet allows the student to reflect on their creative process in written form, and also score themselves on a rubric of expectations. The students should have access to the rubric before the start of the project to understand the three components and expectations.
There is also an area for the teacher to add their numeric rubric score.
