This is a self assessment for students to complete for Arts Education. It is divided into categories such as Responsibility, Respect, Participation and More! Students will choose where they fit on the rubric for each sections and explain in short answer why they believe they fit into the category. This rubric is very generic so that it can be used with any unit or lesson. It is based on a 5-1 point system in three cateregories, craftsmanship, creativity/origniality, and participation. Each point in all of the cateregories has a detailed explination of the expectations for the assignment.

There are four to a page and I cut them up, place in a basket and my students fill them out and glue to the back of their work when it is complete. There is a spot for the students to self assess and a spot for the teacher to assess. Again, they are general and can be used with ANY art lesson!
