Where We Are Classroom Signs

UPDATE! I've spaced these out more, and also added a Computer Lab sign based on feedback! These signs were created in Keynote for Mac, and I've uploaded them as a .pdf. I hole punch these signs and then hang them on hooks outside my door so admin, students, and other teachers know where we are! UPDATED! Digital Restroom Pass: Use with QR Codes or Set Up on Classroom Device

Make your classroom digital with ease by creating a digital restroom pass. I have this form pulled up on a computer in the back of the room and students fill it out quickly and take the pass. No need to have them document the time because when you look at the spreadsheet the form creates, a timestamp is given. If you want to take it a step further, link the pass to a QR code. Then have students scan the QR code with their technology (everyone used snapchat to scan QR codes in my room) and fill o

This is a template that you can use for sending home notes to your tutoring kids. All you need to do is print it out, or fill it out on the computer and then send it home at the end of each of your tutoring sessions. This helps the parent/guardian know what the student learned during their time. If you take a picture or save the document you can also remember what you did during the tutoring session.

***THUMBNAILS show error in file, but everything is aligned in the docx file!*** Use this form to leave notes for parents about the students' speech therapy sessions. Cut the form in half to send home with the student (or leave at the day care / preschool). Or log your notes on the computer then email or print for parents. The form is in DOCX format so you can edit as needed. Fill out the "Today, we worked on..." section with brief descriptions of the student's goals (e.g., making the /s/ sound)

Daily Goal Sheet

Daily Goal sheets can serve as helpful classroom motivators for students who need structure and clear expectations. Personalize with a student's name and their own goals. The idea is to have the student, parent and teacher help identify needed goal areas, then set up an agreeable and reasonable celebration for when that goal is met. Even 10 minutes of extra computer math games can be motivating. Parents are often willing to reinforce the daily goal at home. This can help cultivate a strong

Brownie Incentive Chart

We all have those students that need a little extra help, the answer is positive reinforcement. With this brownie chart students will be able to monitor how they are doing as well as how much further they have to go until they receive reinforcement. As you build a relationship with your students you will start to notice what they like, such as: drawing, computer time, being a helper. Now you have access to a chart that will serve as a visual for students in the classroom. Simply print this temp

I use this behavior contract with my students who need just a little bit more motivation. It is very effective if used consistently and with parent involvement. I usually have the students work towards a personal goal/reward to motivate them to follow the tasks listed on their contract (i.e.lunch with teacher, extra iPad time, etc.) I truly hope this product works for the needs of your class! ** If you do not have the fonts downloaded on your computer, you can download them from Hello Fonts
