Use this template to create a calm down chart to support a child with their individual behavioral needs. Insert the child’s picture within the top square. Adding the child’s picture allows for a sense of pride and ownership in their chart. Within the additional squares, add images/pictures of choices that fit the child’s individual needs.
This chart can be downloaded in black and white or in color. It is easy to copy one per student and give out a sticker or have them color in the star for keeping track of behaviors during blocks of time throughout the day.

Listening checks are super important amongst children that are deaf and hard of hearing! The Ling 6 Sound Check targets different sounds that fall within all frequency ranges. This can help to determine what sounds the child is able to hear and not hear, and can also determine whether the child's hearing equipment is working properly or is not. This is a great tool to use at the beginning of the school day and/or the beginning of 1 on 1 / small group sessions.

Simple token chart/ Work for board for students. This is the perfect size to hole punch and attach to a lanyard or fanny pack key ring. I simply attached soft velcro over the magnifying glass and on the back. Then the rough side to the bugs. Each time the student is on track or does what they are asked they take a bug from the back and put it on the front. Once they get all five they earn a reward.
Promotes a positive classroom environment, encourages student engagement, and saves time with its straightforward implementation. Easy for teachers and students to use and understand. Student chooses a reward or activity they feel they are willing to work towards! Easy to print and use! I recommend printing on cardstock!
