I developed this art grading rubric for middle and high school art projects. It allows student artwork to be evaluated in 5 areas - Elements of Art, Principals of Design, Creativity/Problem Solving, Craftsmanship, and Effort. The teacher can fill in specifically which Element(s) of Art, Principal(s) of Design, etc., that the project focuses on. Visual Art Rubric
This rubric is very generic so that it can be used with any unit or lesson. It is based on a 5-1 point system in three cateregories, craftsmanship, creativity/origniality, and participation. Each point in all of the cateregories has a detailed explination of the expectations for the assignment.

High School Art Class Project Rubric
This rubric can be used for any project, in any high school level art course. Students fill out the information at the top, and they self score themselves using the large table in the center of the page. The teacher scores in the same rubric areas at the bottom. This allows the students to reflect on their work before turning it in, and allows the teacher to give accurate feedback.

High School Virtual Choir Curriculum 9 Week Outline Solo Voice Curriculum (Pack)

Photography Class Numbers Project for grades 9-12
This project was created for my high school digital photography class. Students use digital cameras to take pictures of numbers in the environment around them such as at home or at school. Students can take photos of a series of numbers such as 1-10 or 1-20 or a more creative series of numbers such as their phone numbers or zip code. Students then download the photos onto a computer and use a photo editing program such as iPhoto or Photoshop Elements (or an online program like picmonkey.com)
