Classroom Quarter Bathroom Pass
I hand these out at the beginning of each quarter and my scholars put their names on them. They may use them whenever they like, but if they don't use them or lose them at the end of the quarter, they get a free 100 for turning the page back into me. I tell my scholars that I don't like them leaving my classroom - so these are for emergencies. This helps them make the decision if they can wait for their passing period or if it's an emergency and they need to go now.

I use this form with my children to record the lessons they have practiced, as well as to gain experience with charts and data collecting. Students also learn how to calculate averages. I created this so that I could quickly jot down which workplaces my kiddos were choosing. They make individual logs, but I've never found those to work well. This helps me track where they are going, and encourages students to go to other workplaces. This free resource is part of a resources for units 2-8.
