I use this chart in my classroom to track attendance, behavior, and notes on students throughout the week. This chart always goes with my class as they switch to different teachers, even to specials. I mark students absent on this chart to help remind me through the week. I also use this to track permission forms, agenda signatures, and random things that come up.
