I use this back-to-back reflection with my middle school math class. At our school, we take monthly cumulative assessments. Students receive a % grade for the whole test, but what does that really mean for their learning? In the first section there is space for each strand to be listed and the questions associated with that topic. The students then find their score for each topic to identify their strengths and weaknesses. This is especially helpful on cumulative tests for students to pinpoint

Here is a colorful, valuable resource for their math folders. My students keep this taped in their notebooks or folders and refer to it when solving those TOUGH multi-step word problems.
