Calming Choices to Relax or Deescalate
This is a customizable choice board for students to use to help them self-regulate or deescalate. Included in this product is a blank choice board and 24 different cards for you to choose from. I put velcro on all the cards and one in each square on the blank board. This way I can choose how many choices I offer and what options are available at that time.
