End of Class Evaluations (students give for teachers)
This is the form I give students at the end of a class to give me feedback on my teaching. It is best for this to be anonymous, so they feel more free to be open. I consistently get lots of good feedback that informs my teaching practice, and I think students appreciate that I care what they think. There is a mix of multiple choice and open-ended questions, so students aren't overwhelmed by all open-ended questions.

This document is meant to be printed.2-page answer key also included, for easy grading. Important vocabulary is introduced before watching the video. As students progress through the video and notes, they will have opportunities to show their understanding of the content. This is my first product upload. I welcome your comments!
