This is a one-page handout for students in fourth or fifth grade. Students will sort their Lucky Charms and then calculate the percentand fraction for each shape. I also had my students create a bar and circle graph representing the data. Students were also required to list the landmarks numbers. This document is saved as a Word document so that you can modify the assignment to meet the specific needs of your students.
This worksheet contains 5 examples of conversions. Students color in blocks in the diagram, then figure out the fraction, decimal, andpercent that it represents. (Denominators are basic, around a 4th grade level)

This is a fun way to review percentand to make a real life connection. The students job is to open a restaurant that serves the tastiest meals in town. They need to name their restaurant, design a dinner meal that follows the rule, and finally calculate the profit they will make.
This worksheet/project/class discussion/HW will provide the kids time to think about numbers and create a deeper number sense. They are taking time to think about patterns. You could do this every week, once before a quiz, spend 30 minutes or up to 2 hours on this. Adapt it to what you need. If you want editable document let me know and I will email it to you :)
Have students draw the rectangle described in the word problem and calculate the area and perimeter of the rectangle. This requires students to know the difference between length and width, while also increasing their reading comprehension as they must determine the size of the rectangle.
